About Us

Winkler Heritage Village: We are a non-profit housing initiative situated in downtown Winkler. WHV is comprised of 110 units under the titles of Lions Manor, Lions Court, Heritage Manor, and Heritage Apartments. The units surround our beautifully landscaped private greenspace and are within walking distance of many amenities.
